We provide free UK delivery for order over £500.

Arrange a collection

The “Arrange a collection” option can be chosen to have a courier collect your order from our warehouse. There will be no charge for this option. You will be responsible for arranging and paying the courier for collection and delivery including any insurance if applicable.

The delivery times can vary depending on the order and the type of delivery service you require.

We use a variety of couriers and delivery firms to provide you with a service that is most suited to your requirement at a competitive price.

We will confirm the expected delivery time of your order at the time you place the order.

Your request will be reviewed promptly by our team, who will then provide you with a competitive quotation and the availability for the products you require.

Upon your acceptance of the quotation, we will place your order and send you an invoice for payment. Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your payment provided the items are in stock.

You will receive an invoice from us as soon as you confirm your order. Please ensure this is paid promptly. Your order will only be dispatched after receiving payment of your order.

The Customer will be responsible to pay all import duties/taxes/VAT applicable in their country.

The Customer should check with the local authorities of their country of residence about the entry conditions for the ordered items. It is the Customer’s responsibility to make the necessary declaration(s) and/or payment(s) to the appropriate authorities and or officials in their respective country.

The Customer should inquire to local authorities on the legalities of importing or using the services and items ordered. Should the customer not accept or reject payment of import taxes or duties then a charge will be applied for the cost of the return delivery and the original delivery of the item, the charges will be removed from the customers refund upon return of the package.


We accept a BACS or Faster Payments transfer directly to our bank account. Payment details will be provided on your invoice. We also accept payments via PayPal. The PayPal option can be used if you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay using a debit or credit card.

A wishlist is a feature that allows you to create personalised collections of products you want to buy and save them in your user account for future reference. Wishlists signify your interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

Please email us as soon as you notice the product is damaged or incorrect.

You may change or cancel your order after it has been placed.

If your order has been dispatched, you may return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. The products must be in their original packaging and must be unopened for your refund to be accepted. You will be responsible for the return postage.
